Do you have goals but aren''t sure how to make them happen? As your personal life coach, I will support you to achieve your goals. Coaching allows you to explore your own ideas -after all, you know what will work best for you. By really visualising what you want, thinking about all your strengths, what motivates you and identifying any beliefs that might be holding you back, you will be able to make a clear action plan and achieve your goals!
My interest in coaching started when I was looking to make positive changes in my own life. I loved how coaching allowed me to take the time to prioritise what was important to me, identify my values and make my own action plans to achieve my goals.
The true value was in giving myself the time to think and explore lots of different options without having well-meaning friends and family giving their advice! I was very lucky to work with a coach who was able to gently challenge me and helped me to identify some beliefs that I held about myself that were holding me back.
I trained and qualified as a Life Coach with the Coaching Academy and haven''t looked back!
I'm a qualified Life Coach and studied with the Coaching Academy.
I am also a qualified Primary school teacher and have taught in several schools holding different roles, including class teacher, specialist teacher working with children with speech and language difficulties and as a special educational needs co-ordinator (SENCO).
I have always enjoyed working with children and young people and believe that supporting their emotional needs is such an important part of their education. I offer Youth coaching to help build self-esteem, set positive goals and support children and young people to deal with issues that are affecting them, such as bullying, anxiety and poor body image.
Prior to completing my PGCE teaching qualification, I graduated from Bournemouth University, having studied Hospitality Management and worked as a Manager for Marks and Spencer for several years.
I bring all my skills from previous roles into my coaching and believe that building a trusting, equal relationship with my clients is so important so that they can talk openly and honestly with me.

My Coaching Styles
I have coached some incredibly inspiring people and love the equal relationship that we share. I believe that we know ourselves better than anyone else and often just need the time and space that coaching offers to explore our own ideas and options to achieve our dreams.
If you're looking to build a trusting relationship with a coach who is a good listener, is approachable and who believes that you can achieve anything that you want, please get in touch with me.
Coaching sessions are one-to-one and are private and confidential. I abide by the International Coach Federation's Code of Ethics and I'm registered with the Information Commissioner's Office for data protection.
Coaching sessions are available in the comfort of your own home using the telephone or Skype or in person in quiet coffee shops and hotel lounges in and around Surrey.
For youth coaching sessions, I offer one-to-one coaching in person and we can discuss the best location to meet or over Skype. I hold a valid Chaperone license and am DBS checked.
