Coach Search exists because finding the right coach shouldn't be a coin-toss. Whether you're navigating a career move, growing a business, or working on your own wellbeing, the coach you pick matters — and the directory you use to find them should be honest about who's listed and why.
We're part of The Coaching Academy, the UK's leading provider of ICF-accredited coaching qualifications since 1999. That gives us a unique vantage on the profession: we know how coaches are trained, what good practice looks like, and how to spot it on a profile.
