Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard at any point. Your listing stays live until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Do you charge per lead?

No. Our pricing is a flat subscription. Send and receive as many client enquiries as come through.

Do I need a coaching qualification to be listed?

You need to be a working coach with a real practice. We verify every listing before it goes live and reserve the right to remove anything that doesn't meet that bar.

I have a discount code — where do I enter it?

There's a discount-code field on the signup form, and a separate redemption box on the billing page if you'd rather enter it after creating your account.
