About Annabel
I’m an Executive coach and leadership facilitator working with individuals & teams to help enable high performance. After nearly 20 years working in senior leadership roles in retail I realised that developing people and creating great teams who really deliver was the part of every role that I loved. So, I decided to focus on that.
I believe everyone has the ability to be a great leader and inspire teams to deliver outstanding results; but they do need to develop some skill and knowledge along the way to enable them to be the best they can be, especially as the future of work is changing. That’s where I come in.
As an Executive Coach: I work with individuals from emerging leaders to Board Directors to enable them to develop their authentic leadership style, overcome challenges and change their behaviour to be more effective in their roles. I work with clients as a facilitator, raising self-awareness through conversation, challenge and encouraging self-reflection. I also work with individuals as a career coach.
As a Team Coach: I work with teams across all levels, enabling them to develop a high performance culture. I use Strengthscope™, DiSC® and Lencioni’s 5 Behaviours™ to create insight and allow teams to develop and deliver more effectively for themselves and their stakeholders. I also work with business with to coach and mentor on strategic direction.
As a Leadership Facilitator: I work with organisations as a consultant to design and deliver leadership development, business skills and strategic change programmes.

Coaching style
I have a flexible and robust coaching style and work with clients as a facilitator, raising self-awareness using conversation, supportive challenge and encouraging self reflection. I enable clients to work through any limiting beliefs and obstacles by drawing on a variety of coaching techniques, which I tailor to the client and situation.
I am pragmatic and results orientated and help clients understand their strengths, impact on others, and how they can use this information to achieve successful outcomes.
I use appreciative inquiry and a managed eclectic approach to choosing the right coaching approach and intervention that suits you the client and the situation at that point in time. I utilise a variety of tools and proven techniques to enable clients to work through any limiting beliefs and obstacles to ultimately achieve their objectives. These are tailored to the individuals needs, rather than applying a blanket approach to everyone. I have trained in Clean Language, Transactional analysis, Gestalt and team coaching and undertake regular CPD in coaching styles, techniques and applications.
