I’m Coaching Academy qualified coach with over 30 years’ experience working at many levels in companies from micro enterprises to board level in multinational corporates.
As a registered Growth Accelerator Coach I can also access to government funding meeting up to 80% of the cost is also available subject to eligibility.
Experience
I coached and trained sales and customer services people within telecoms organisations such as BT, Global Crossing, Cable & Wireless and NTL among many others.
I worked in sales as sales trainer and coach, but also as sales manager at several mall companies before becoming sales director of Gold Systems (Europe) Ltd. a specialist software development company with worldwide sales.
In 2010 I was awarded Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.
I joined the Coaching Academy in Feb 2012 to update and certify my skills where as Protege Student I trained as Personal Performance Coach, Small Business Coach, Executive Coach, Corporate Coach and Practitioner of NLP.
I’m now (2014), in addition to being a Coaching Academy qualified coach, a Certified Best Year Yet® ‘Results Expert’, Growth Accelerator Business Development and Innovation Coach. and therefore able to access support funding for clients
Coaching style
Although my particular expertise is in Sales, Marketing and Business Growth, my coaching approach is an inter-dependency methodology therefore I will work with you through each area of your business and not just sales and marketing in isolation. First I establish what success really means for you personally both in your personal and for your business. Starting ‘Big Picture’ 3 to 5 years out, I will look at all aspects of your business in relation to your personal goals and your aspirations before focusing on the next 12 months.
Celebrating and learning from both from your Successes and Disappointments, you’ll draw-up Guidelines for the future resulting from that learning. We will then formulate SMARTIE goals for each of your roles, goals which are SMART Goal which are also Inspiring and Exciting.
I have found the key to ensuring a goal is met are commitment and accountability. For many these are the missing empowering keys to greater success. By ensuring all goals support core values; and all core values have supporting goals; only then you will achieve the highest possible level of Commitment. Why? because orphaned values without goals to advance them will distract and drain your energy, while goals which don not meet any of your values will seem to be pointless and frustrate you. When it comes to Accountability, there has to be measurement because as we all know if you cannot measure it you cannot manage it. Here again the Best Year Yet® methodology by your coach teamed with the powerful resource support of “Producing Results Online” (PRO for short), will enable you to track and measure results against the Annual, Quarterly and Monthly goals you set.
