About Bill
I am a personal life-coach with training in NLP specialising in life transitions and personal development… including career, retirement and relationship coaching.
I focus on what is called life-transitions.
We find ourselves ‘in transition’ when we become aware of any significant change in our lives or circumstances (welcome or unwelcome) and realise we now need to do something about it.
My coaching sessions are not just therapeutic conversations: they are conversations that will also inspire you to take specific actions to change or remedy your current situation.
I will coach you through a successful transition from where you are today to where you want to be tomorrow.
My role as your personal life-coach
My role is to help you to articulate your dreams, formulate specific goals and plans related to that and to support you as you follow these through to the kinds of changes you want to make and to achieving the goals most important to you.
So the coaching agenda is entirely up to you and will depend on what is most important to you and the specific context within which you are seeking change.
For more information about my approach to that please have a look at my website.

Coaching style
I specialise in life transitions and personal change.
Life transition coaching recognises that meaningful life transitions begin with an ending.
We have to let go of the old thing before we can pick up the new – not just outwardly, but within ourselves, where we keep our connections to the people, places, and beliefs that have acted as definitions of who we are.
Life change coaching can evoke old fears and apprehensions, as well as opening up new hopes, and dreams.
Major transitions and new roles in life also require that we in some way ‘re-invent and re-invest ourselves’ in a new context as we outgrow our old limiting beliefs and attitudes.
This may require a new kind of courage as we let our renewed identity and creative energy awaken to a new sense of meaning and purpose to our lives.
In the context of life change coaching, my role is to help you to articulate your dreams, formulate specific goals and plans related to that and to support you as you follow these through to achievement.
I will coach you through the process of a successful ‘transition’ from where you are now to where you want to be in the future.
So the coaching agenda will be entirely up to you and will depend on what you really want and the specific context within which you are seeking change.
I will, by asking you questions and giving you honest feedback, help you to identify those unique solutions and actions that work best for you.
