I'm a qualified personal performance coach and NLP Practitioner offering coaching services to individuals, companies and small business owners. Through my company Rockhopper Coaching I work with people at whatever stage of life or career - who have the desire to make changes and the commitment to take action.
I'm also a highly motivated corporate planning and performance professional with over 20 years’ experience of facilitating individuals and teams at all levels to achieve results and effective outcomes.
My passion is helping others to gain clarity of purpose, confidence and the tools required to move forward to achieve the outcomes and results they seek.
I am a skilled listener, facilitator and communicator and my natural empathy helps me to easily engage with people of all ages and backgrounds. I am committed to finding the strengths and helping to bring out the best in others both at an individual and organisational level.
Experience
Full time coach since 2012, working with individuals seeking to improve their performance in work or study, to change or develop their career, or moving on from employment through redundancy or retirement.
I qualified with a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching from the Coaching Academy in 2013, and am licensed to deliver the Firework Career Change coaching programme.
I qualified as an NLP Practitioner in June 2015, and am a professional member of the Association for NLP.
I undertake ongoing professional development with the Coaching Academy - through its Corporate & Executive Coaching programme, Small Business Coaching and Youth Coaching programmes, as well as regular CPD days.
