With over 12 years experience in the personal development industry and I was thrilled to win Life Coach of the Year 2013, awarded by the national body Association of Professional Coaches, Trainers and Consultants.
I'm passionate about enabling people find a greater peace of mind, success and happiness and I particularly specialise in confidence, direction and entrepreneur coaching, as well as coach mentoring for new and established coaches.
My clients tend to fall into one of two camps - they either know exactly what they want but have no idea how to get there, or they have little or no idea of what they want but do know that they're not happy with status quo. Either way, my coaching provides the perfect solution to declutter and gain greater clarity and confidence, and ultimately allowing my clients to not only know what their dream futures look like, but also giving them the tools to get them!
Experience
I've run my busy coaching practice Be Me Life Coaching since January 2007 and I was thrilled to win Life Coach of the Year 2013, awarded by the Association of Professional Coaches, Trainers and Consultants.
My background is within the field of Human Resources, and I have a BSc (hons) in Applied Psychology and Computing, an MA in HR Management and professional qualifications in Life Coaching and Corporate and Executive Coaching. I'm a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
