About Christiane
I like laughing, I like life, I am constantly working on improving my patience and I am a very pragmatic person.
Born in Wanne-Eickel (Germany) on August 14th, 1965 I grew up in Lemgo (near Hanover).
My homebase is in Germany near Munich where I live with my Irish husband Ivan, my sons Jamie and Daniel and my cats Chipsi and Fluffy.
Initially I completed an apprenticeship as industrial clerk. Then I trained as foreign language correspondent (Chamber of Commerce) and completed my studies in business administration with focus on HR and organisation . In 1997, I started my own business as interim manager and have worked for a range of companies from start-up to multinational. In 2006 I qualified as a personal coach with The Coaching Academy and since then I am helping my clients to discover and reach their life goals. Meanwhile I am offering seminars and workshops too.
My talents, which help me are to get straight to the point, to pick up loose ends and pull them together into a strong bundle, to ease up the daily battles with lots of humor and to create an open-minded, trustful atmosphere.
Experience
With more than 27 years of work experience across various industries and types of projects I have held roles as CFO, manager Finance & Controlling, project leader for IT system implementations and as project coach.
My focus is on small and medium sized companies. I am supporting them in getting their projects back on track, improving the human-to-human side as well as the human-to-machine part, supported by different methods and tools such as “speed meetings” or special workshops.
My personal coaching focuses on finding and achieving life goals and on raising awareness on topics such as limiting beliefs, responsibility, fears, habits and more.
Coaching style
Our daily conflicts, consciously or subconsciously, do cost us a lot of power, time and ultimately money. A training or workshop with me will open your eyes and show you loads of possibilities you have to confront this situation. In particular, the following topics have emerged as successful starting points:
• personal responsibility in the company
• coping with conflicts and pressure
• good mood workshops
