Bio
I have been teaching and delivering training for 10 years and have logged over 200 hours of paid coaching over the last 5 years. I have had multiple LEADERSHIP roles and I now run my own limited company: Hexis Plus with 4 employees.
I have has a Master’s degree in Advanced Educational Practice, which focuses on leadership and coaching. As part of my Masters Dissertation project I researched and developed a highly EFFECTIVE method for using Skype for coaching leaders. I have also gained a postgraduate diploma in coaching and mentoring; which was delivered by a European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) accredited coach. Personal Philosophies
I believe that all LEADERS can be developed if given the right support and opportunity to LEAD. From my experience, I have found that when people use the right coach they can SURPASS ALL EXPECTATIONS and limitations set by themselves and others. Great coaches find the things that hold clients back and work with them highly effectively to facilitate TRANSFORMATIVE change. Finally, I believe that rigorous evaluation is essential for the continued improvement of development program provisions and I use a three-tiered approach to achieve triangulation of coaching quality.
Experience
I have worked as a leadership coach for 5 years in two different schools and for a company called Graydin (www.graydin.com). During my time as a coach I have worked with a range of special interest groups such as early career managers/leaders, SMEs and senior managers/leaders. Additionally, I have facilitated group coaching sessions and individual coaching sessions all receiving high levels of QUALITY feedback. I have used my coaching for conflict SUCCESSFUL conflict resolution and leadership development.
I have coached more than 80 individuals logging over 200 hours of coaching for the three organisations that I has worked for as a paid coach. Additionally, I had the role of introducing CMI accreditation course for the leadership and coaching programs in place there. I have facilitated and delivered several highly rated programs (from the leadership 360s, feedback forms and project outcomes) I am now setting up my own center, which will help organisations to implement their own leadership training programs. I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from a European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) accredited program (http://www.emccouncil.org/).
I also have a Masters in education focusing on Leadership and Coaching from the University College London.
I have a current Prince 2 practitioner project management qualification.
I am now accredited to deliver the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) level 5 management/leadership courses and level 7 coaching and mentoring courses (http://www.managers.org.uk/).

I have had the most experience and also the most interest in working with early career LEADERS and middle leaders, as this can be a career defining time, where great success is made. I am really interested in team collaboration and conflict resolution along with strategic planning and implementation. I am particularly good at coaching in-action and motivational coaching. I am more interested in coaching around CAREER goals rather than personal life orientated coaching but I have coached quite a few clients who have wanted to develop their WORK-LIFE BALANCE and so I acknowledge that an element of life coaching is necessary in these cases.
