About Georgie
My name is Georgie Scully and I specialise in career transition and retirement coaching' as well as offering personal and professional development coaching. Whether you want to take some time to identify what you truly want from your career, would like to become self employed, are feeling stuck in a rut or dissatisfied with work, are facing retirement or redundancy and are looking for a new challenge, are returning to work after a break and not sure what you want or are at any other crossroads in your career; I can help you make this change. By providing support, motivation and guiding you through practical exercises, within a structured framework, I will enable you to identify what you really want to do and develop a plan to achieve it.

I have walked the walk regarding a career change by deciding to do something completely different in later life. I have moved from being an employee all my working life to identifying my dream career, retraining for it and becoming self employed. As a result, I am acutely aware of the uncertainty and anxiety experienced in making such a big change as well as the huge excitement of following your dreams and taking on new challenges.
With 25 years experience working as a senior manager in both the charitable and public sectors, most recently in the NHS, I have a skill base in project management, organisational change, education & training, stress management and communications.
I now combine my experience in planned, realistic and manageable change on both a personal and organisational level to help people identify what they really want from life, gain direction and motivation and identify how to achieve it.
I am based in West Yorkshire and coach across Yorkshire, the UK and internationally via the telephone, Skype and face to face.

I have coached clients seeking to make a complete career change and clients seeking to re-evaluate and reposition themselves in relation to their careers; professional women struggling to juggle the competing demands of their home & work life; clients who have had enough of wanting things to change and decided to take control of their life and clients looking to improve their motivation and their confidence. I have coached people returning to this country having worked abroad for many years and people going abroad to live or work around the various issues these situations give rise to.
