About Graham
I am keen to help individuals and organisations grow through positive change. To do this I use a unique blend of skills and experience that have been gained through successful careers in the public and private sector. In addition to delivering Coaching, I also deliver Facilitation and Change Management. As an accredited trainer I can teach all three of these topics.
I also offer Management Consultancy using my background as a successful Project Manager who has delivered high value complex projects on time and on budget. I am an excellent communicator with strong inter-personal skills that make me a natural choice as a facilitator. With excellent analytical skills I can quickly identify key issues at the strategic and operational level.
I offer leadership training gained from combat experience in my Army career and more recently from climbing some of the highest mountains in the world.
Experience
Following a successful first career in the Army I joined a large engineering company as a project manager before working in sales for a few years. I then set up my own management consultancy and worked in the public and private sector before deciding in 2012, to become a coach. At the same time I gained accreditation as a trainer in Facilitation and Change Management.
I have clients In the Corporate Sector, Personal Performance Sector, Small Business Sector and use a variety of tools and techniques including NLP to help them progress.
I have coached people from diverse backgrounds and for a wide range of reasons. I work closely with men and women leaving the Armed Services and use this experience to help others going through a major career change or transition. I will complete my NLP Practitioner qualification in July 2014.
I am over half way through The Coaching Academy Protoge programme. I also have experience of training coaches and mentors under in the ILM scheme.
In addition to experiencing high stress situations from operational tours while in the Army I also have deep experience of challenging personal goals after climbing some of the highest mountains in the world. To summit Everest is still on the list!
Coaching style
I am developing a strong interest in career coaching and coaching through change.
