About Hazel
I am a Systemic Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Performance Coach. My background is in Nursing, Psychology, Psychotherapy and Coaching. I hold a BSC Hons in Psychology, MSc in Systemic Psychotherapy, Post graduate Diploma in Systemic Supervision and Post Graduate Diploma in Performance Coaching. I currently works as a Clinical Specialist with Children and families within the NHS structure. I also practise as an Individual, Career and Executive Coach for employees within the East of England NHS service as well as privately.
I am passionate about marrying my skills of coaching, therapy and spirituality and work with clients who are curious about breaking out of the goal oriented mold and reach further within to realised their full potential. I brings not only my therapeutic and coaching skills, but call upon a higher power of intuition to connect and serve clients. My style of coaching is relaxed, inspiring and creative and my intention is to create a safe space for each client to give voice to their dreams and to witness their development and transformation in this process.
Experience
I have over 24 years as a clinician, mentor, therapist, coach, teacher, supervisor and consultant. I am also a parent, friend, colleague, daughter, sister, etc. I beleive that we all have many roles which defines who we are. Therefore what I bring to coaching, is not just my coaching experience but the multi-roles that I have evolved into from birth to this present moment. When I coach, I am curious about your past and present experiences and how these might influence your future actions. My style of coaching is therefore conversational, explorational and reflexive.
Coaching style
I have particulatr interest in Self development, health and well being, emotional health and transformational work. My focus is working from inside/out. Starting with the internal forces of who you are and connecting with the external forces such as work and realtionship. My hope is to help you find balance and well being, from which you can transform into who you want to be and thus choose the path that serves you well. To get from from point A to B, it is sometimes helpful to know who you are, where you are and what resources (inside and outide) you have and whatyou might need to go forward.
