About Jane
Following a thirty year career as a television producer and director, I fulfilled a long awaited goal to become a personal performance and relationship coach in January 2010. I now coach on a regular basis as well as training and mentoring directors at the BBC Academy.
I have loved every moment of my television career, a career that I now recognise as being as successful as it was because I was increasingly single minded as I achieved goal after (often seemingly unachievable) goal.
It is only now that I realise that I was in fact coaching myself to success, not only in my professional life but in my personal life as well. It wasn't easy to reach my goals however, and I often took the long and rather tortuous route to fulfilment... I look back now and wish I had had support and encouragement from someone who could have kept me focused and energised.
And so, with the benefit of hindsight, it now seems a natural progression that I should share the secret of great coaching and help others to reach their real potential a lot less painlessly than I did!
