About Jarek
After undertaking a Master's degree in Marketing and Management, Jarek went on to rack up 20 years of management experience in various roles for multinational brands that include The Carphone Warehouse, Princess Cruises and Coca-Cola.
Jarek has consistently delivered multimillion pound results, revenue growth and profitability - even in a tough climate of recession.
He credits his commercial success to his passion of being able to inspire, coach and motivate individuals to deliver ambitious objectives.
As well as being a business success, Jarek is a creative with a golden streak. His first ever painting to be auctioned at a charity event sold for the equivalent of month's salaries.
When he's not busy coaching and inspiring, or with paintbrush in hand, Jarek finds himself immersed in a social project for vulnerable residents of the London Borough of Hackney.
