About Jennifer
I am a fun loving and energetic coach who will lift your mood and inspire you.
I have owned my own Coaching Business since 2010 when I qualified as a Professional Coach, I also has over 20 years experience of motivating people to meet business and personal objectives through my career working for companies like Q8 Oil, Deloittes, and Addleshaw Goddard.
I coach full time and work with individuals either 1:1, face to face or via Skype. I also run workshops, and speak at events.
So what can I do to help you? I encourage people to become more aware of their strengths and abilities, take control and responsibility for their life and achieve their goals in a fun and thought provoking process.
I am here to help you get to exactly where you want to be, but just much sooner than you expected to be there!
Experience
I qualified in 2010 as a ICF Approved Professional Coach and have been Coaching clients ever since. I have experience working with Corporate clients, working one to one with Partners in an Accountancy firm, busy single parents and Youths.
Coaching style
Parent Coaching is relatively new in the UK, and Jen is one of the few Coaches to be specifically trained by The Coaching Academy in Parent coaching. Jen is a mother of two, and a step mother of two children so has a wealth of experience "on the job".
Parent Coaching is practical and that is why it works so powerfully. It works because it puts mums and dads back in control, providing a positive framework to allow them to focus on specific concerns, and develop tailor made solutions and strategies to put into practice. It gives the opportunity to take a step back from busy family life and focus on what kind of parent they want to be and identify answers to the family problems they face.
It provides skills and strategies that nurture the parents personal development and this has a positive impact on their relationship with their children.
Jen has a whole range of tools and techniques to share with parents, empowering them to identify the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
