About Kathryn

Do you suffer from imposter syndrome? Burnout? A complete lack of confidence? Do you feel held back in your life and/or career by something you can’t quite put your finger on? Do you feel “guilty” for not fitting in well enough? Does it feel impossible to ever be happy at work?

I can help.

As a coach, and a woman of colour, with years of experience as a lawyer in the corporate world, I focus on lifting my clients up so they can achieve their dreams and enjoy the lives they deserve. I have a strict no-blame, client-centred practice, which honours and celebrates diversity.

I recognise that the world of work was designed for a very specific kind of person at a very specific time in history. For everyone who doesn’t fit that mould, it can be a very stressful and unwelcoming space. Just existing in the world as a woman, or anyone with a marginalised identity/background, leaves emotional and psychological scars. These scars can form a serious boundary in our lives. A boundary between us and the lives we want to lead.

No matter who you are - or how you identify - I would love to work with you.

I have extensive experience coaching people to allow them to operate at their best. I work on a variety of personal and professional goals, focussing on each individual client to get them from where they are, to where they want to be.
