I qualified as a coach in 2010 when I gained the ITOL Diploma in Coaching Excellence. I provide specialist mentoring, coaching, and consulting services in the following areas:
* Coaching for tech startup founders, and software entrepreneurs / business owners who want to start a business selling software or apps, or need to build software as part of a wider business service.
* Career and performance coaching for IT professionals - in particular Agile Business Analysts and Project Managers or Scrum Masters who want to make progress at work.
* Coaching for new and aspiring authors, who want to write, publish and market non-fiction books.
Background
After an early career in Sales, I planned my escape and successfully moved into Market Research, before moving into IT Software Delivery which I have done for over 10 years.
Having delivered commercial software for clients and written and published 4 Amazon best-selling books for entrepreneurs, small businesses and start ups, I have in-depth experience in the subjects that I coach my clients on.
Experience

Kay has written 5 books for SMEs and entrepreneurs, including the international Amazon bestseller, Don't Hire a Software Developer Until You Read this Book ,and has spent more than a decade leading, and working in technical teams on high-profile, multi-million-pound web and mobile projects for companies including Sky News, Barclays Bank, and the SThree Group.
She is a Certified ScrumMaster®, qualified coach, and a Fellow of The Institute of Training and Occupational Learning.
Kay has worked with entrepreneurs in 12 countries, and is an Enterprise Nation small business advisor, and a tech startup mentor for WeWork Labs, the NatWest Entrepreneur Accelerator, and the We in Social Tech Accelerator for female-led businesses.
Kay has been a qualified coach for over 9 years.
Her qualifications and training include:

- ITOL Diploma in Coaching Excellence - including behavioural coaching (which looks at changing habits) and performance coaching which helps clients look to the future, make progress and achieve their personal, professional and business goals.
