Runner up in the Most Inspirational Coach UK 2012 Award, I am a life coach, confidence coach and education trainer.
I specialize in working with young people, educators and parents to help them to feel happier and more confident and to improve their performance either in work, study or at home.
I'm passionate about making a difference to young people so I'm delighted to be undertaking many projects at the moment, including helping to bring Girls Out Loud into Sheffield schools and delivering workshops including MAGIC for 11-14 year olds, Goal Mapping for Year 5 and 6 pupils, parent coaching workshops and group coaching. Girls Out Loud is a social enterprise aimed at raising aspirations in vulnerable teenage girls through coaching and mentoring.
I train teachers to use coaching skills and improve their communication with young people both for my own company and for 21st Century Legacy, a charity borne out of the London 2012 Olympics.
