About Lucy
Lucy is an outstanding business and personal development coach who draws on a wealth of experience gained from her background in multi million pound media sales with large PLC’s through to her hands on entrepreneurial experience of running her own businesses for the past 16 years.
She is passionate about how coaching can transform the mindset and ultimately the success of her clients, their teams and performance of their companies. Her coaching has been described as intuitive, results orientated whilst being delivered with warmth and humour.
Her background is diverse and ranges from running a sailing sports sponsorship company staging international events matching high profile athletes to corporate brands and aspirations to part owning a specialist IT company developing products and training the public sector in new technology.
Experience
Coaching has always played a key part in Lucy’s business offering whether in her own companies, as a consultant, mentor or sales and marketing expert. Lucy delivers her coaching to her international client base via face to face sessions, skype, workshops, mastermind groups and online courses. She is also an expert facilitator and trainer who consistently gets praised for her high energy, focused and engaging delivery style.
She has also worked extensively with central and local government departments in a variety of sales and coaching functions. She has extensive experience in training in the public sector and implementing programmes to improve employee engagement.
Lucy particularly enjoys working with entrepreneurs and business owners of SME’s who are passionate about growing their businesses despite the economic climate. She specialises in business growth and focuses her clients to achieve a ROI rapidly by taking action.
Many of Lucy’s executive coaching relationships have spanned many years. She has worked with the CEO of a major media company for seven years and in addition to individual coaching facilitated change management coaching for the board and senior managers.
Lucy has an MA Honors Degree from St Andrews University, is an accredited Coach with The Coaching Academy, a Licensed Trainer at The Coaching Academy, is a radio host on Solopro Radio, an entrepreneur, mother of three teenage children and loves sailing when she gets the time!
