About Mal And Sonia
Mal and Sonia Thomas are a husband and wife team who have created The Achievement Express, delivering life coaching and NLP. We are passionate about motivating people to achieve their potential in all areas of their life, and are focused on fast, effective and permanent results for our clients - like any good coach to make ourselves redundant, not indispensable.
We recognise everyone is unique and will apply a personalised approach to identify the very best motivations and outcomes for you.
One of our proudest moments of 2014 was organising our own unique and perfect wedding, and we work with brides and grooms to make their wedding the best it possibly can be.
Experience
Mal is an experienced life coach, and also works very well with young people, while Sonia is an NLP practitioner, with a BPS accredited degree in psychology, and is a member of the BPS and ANLP.
We have supported clients through issues around confidence, weight loss and improved health, career development and promotion, and relationships.
