About Malcolm
I have found that wherever people are from, they have the same desires for a peaceful and joyful life. Our relationships make life enjoyable or frustrating!
I have had the pleasure of working in the service industry for most of my working life; this has included managing teams, working with youth, older people, those with mental health issues and learning difficulties.
My life journey includes:
- voluntary work when in my early 20's based in the UK and travelling to other countries as Team Leader.
- 15 years in South Africa, where, among other things, I led seminars for couples, established support groups and started multi-racial children's groups.
- 11 years managing a Care Home in the UK for vulnerable people.
Drawing on my experiences of living in 2 countries, my coaching is geared to each individual. Whatever you are going through at the moment there is always hope.
