About Paul
I have worked at Executive and Board level in the public sector for over 12 years. i have been involved in coaching for the last 6 years since studying with the School of Coaching. I have coached senior executives, managers, clinicians, leaders and HR professionals over the years to meet their goals and objectives.
I have been running Consulting at 216 a HR Consultancy business since 2008 working with clients on charge programmes in the public and private sectors to make transformational change.
I am interested in working with clients who want to learn, develop and find solutions to meet their personal and professional goals.

I have coached teams and individuals to meet their personal and professional goals.
I have worked with Executives and Boards to develop their expertise and work as effective teams to become high performing teams.
I studied with the school of coaching back in 2006 to attain my certificate in coaching. i am currently studying with the coaching academy on their Diploma level course to develop my skills further.
As an Executive I believe in the coaching model to develop teams and individuals to meet their potential.
Coaching style
I specialise in working with individuals who want to develop and meet their personal best and potential. whether this be in the workplace, life and to deal with emotional and personal issues they have going on in their life.
i also have an interest in counselling and I have a certificate in this which also helps on matters of a more personal nature with my clients.
