About Piotr
My name is Piotr Jankiewicz and I am an entrepreneur and business coach, sharing my time between North London and Warsaw, Poland. In 2011 I qualified with The Coaching Academy (corporate/executive diploma) and since then I have been supporting key employees of international companies in reaching their goals. I am very result - oriented and will coach only those individuals who are absolutely determined to achieve measurable and tangible results.
Experience
I set up my first business back in 2001 and for the first two years I was the only "employee". When my companies not only survived on the highly competitive corporate market but began generating a rather decent income, people started to contact me and ask for support in developing their own companies. That’s when I realized that supporting others in developing their businesses gives me as much satisfaction as growing my own companies! Consequently I began to allocate 10 hours a week to work with other determined entrepreneurs. I enjoy the diverity - co-managing two companies (with more than 300 employees), cooperating with top executives and coaching business owners.
Coaching style
Supporting business owners in developing the Winning Strategy for their business - taking into account the economic environment, creating product or service offer, pricing, planning and executing the marketing and sales strategy.
