I am a Career and Executive coach with strong passion for career transformation and personal effectiveness.
I have been able to use my skills such as credit analysis, human resourcing, sales, bank branch management, leadership and organisational development.
I am also passionate about helping managers, senior executives realize their potentials and creating leadership brand that would stand them out in their drive for high performance.
I use a lot of tools and resource materials to make clients work and overcome limiting beliefs, work with them to clarify their goals and check they are congruent with their values so that they can take actions that will lead them towards their goals.
After working in the banking industry for twelve years, I changed career and had to get a coach to help facilitate my entry into a new career. The impact of my self discovery and awareness led me to seek a career in coaching so as to impact on other people and help manage the change and also career performance.
Experience
In the last three years, I have been working and introduced a coaching programme for the employees which has in no small way created a paradigm shift in ownership and responsibilities of job roles, created highly engaged employees, removal of limiting beliefs that have made people have more satisfying and fulfilled life before coaching.
I also worked in the banking industry of Nigeria for almost twelve years where I garnered most skills with respect to credit or facility analysis, financial analysis, business process analysis for SMEs, managed investment portfolios of clients etc.
I am currently the Executive Director of Business Development & Human Resources Management where I am the change driver for the new initiatives to reposition the company, development of an employee oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance.
My 1st degree was in Chemical sciences, masters in Human Resources Management and have certificates in Grow To Greatness for Small Enterprises by Coursera, USA; Certificate in Personal Coaching by Coaching Academy, UK.
