My name is Stephen Houlihan and I am a Director at EK-HR. We offer professional small business and personal development coaching together with a full range of business diagnostics, HR support and training.
I am a Professional Human Resources (HR) specialist and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Experience
I first became involved in coaching through informally supporting managers in the workplace deal with day to day issues affecting them or their team.
Over time I became more and more interested in the power of asking the right questions and listening and eventually attended the Coaching Academy taster days in coaching. Inspired I joined the programme and completed by diploma in 2013.
I now work with both business and individual clients looking to improve the way they deal and manage with different aspects of their life.

Coaching style
My specialist area is business diagnostics and coaching is often a key element in supporting investigations in this field.
Business diagnostics uses a structured approach (including Focus Groups and Structured Interviews) to investigate the cause and cure of issues affecting your business. I have carried out diagnostic work in the following areas, scientific, manufacturing, oil & gas specialists and charities.
I am also a qualified DISC assessor and able to run individual and team DISC profiles sessions.
