Our management workshops use coaching skills to deliver a serious message in a fun and interactive way. Delegates leave with some coaching tools that they can implement in their management roles immediately.
For the ambitious SME companies or start-ups we can help you map your path to growth, define your “shop window”, create strategies to push prospects to your shop window and drive your online presence.
With individual clients we can work on career management, work – life balance, confidence building and stress management. We even give you some tips on how to coach yourself.
We specialise in the use of DISC work-based behaviour personality profiling to identify individual and team personality styles.
Through our DISC Personality Profiling Service for Coaches we deliver web based DISC personality profiles direct to individuals or to a coach for use with their clients.
We also offer business workshops on communications, leadership and motivation.
Experience
I am part of sjscoaching which comprises my wife, Juliet and I. Both of us have trained with TCA for the Personal Performance Diploma and Executive Coaching Diploma. Additionally Juliet is an NLP practitioner. We are both accredited DISC practitioners and licenced DISC trainers through The Coaching Academy.
We also have a Project Management Consultancy business where we are contracted into large companies to either provide guidance on Programme and Project Management practices or simply run projects for them.
We draw from our years of experience in building strong project teams to help companies large and small to build and maintain their effective teams.
We understand the challenges and pressures individuals and teams face in the Corporate world and have helped clients to become clear on their career or team goals.
