My name is Antonina Manev - Founder of Visions Nspire Coaching.
My life journey lead me to Coaching giving me the opportunity to motivate, inspire and help individuals from all walks of life bring their visions, dreams and goals into focus, make them real and start living a happier life.
After years of working as a teacher, later in a highly competitive corporate organisation and then managing dynamic and demanding department in a top accountancy firm, I have built up the expertise to harmonise teams, lead and achieve success for all of them. I qualified as a Professional Coach with The Coaching Academy and I chose to lead to success and fulfilment of dreams all of you out there.
I am fascinated by the power of people's potential and as a Coach I facilitate the mastering and the growth of your own lives and most of all I help you activate the force of your inner resourcefulness to create your own success and better performance.
I assist individuals and businesses willing to Grow themselves; guiding through a process of learning, discovery and taking control to empower and inspire the ChangeMakers and Winners in them;
Incorporation of Neurolinguistic Programming in the coaching process to increase self-believe and confidence; Development of Executives/Leadership competencies;
Using DISC profiling to help businesses and individuals assess and improve their communications, work productivity, team work and delegation;
