I’m a career development and executive coach who partners with professionals and leaders at key transition points, whether you’re stepping into a more senior role, navigating organisational change, or redefining what success looks like for you.
Alongside my coaching practice, I bring many years’ experience as a senior leader in the third sector, most recently as part of a senior leadership team driving growth, strategy and organisational development. This includes leading complex change, building high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable impact through strong stakeholder engagement and strategic delivery.
With a background spanning fundraising, business development, and change management, I understand first-hand the pressures and opportunities that come with leadership, and I bring this insight into every coaching conversation.

Coaching style
My coaching style is curious, open, and coachee-led. I create a relaxed and trusting environment where you have the space to think clearly, explore what really matters, and move forward at your own pace. At the same time, I’m goal oriented and comfortable offering thoughtful challenges when it helps you see things differently, shift unhelpful patterns, and unlock new possibilities. My experience of leading teams means I naturally weave coaching into development conversations, enabling people to perform at their best while staying grounded and authentic.
